We are regulated by the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies.
Our activities, as notified to the Regulator, are:
to advocate for User Control of Data, within and across both public and private sectors
to promote discussion about the design of infrastructure for user control of data, and reach agreement on a practicable approach
to liaise with relevant parties, initially in the education sector, which create or need access to trustworthy personal data
to grant – after a competitive procurement - a concession contract to, and oversee the work of, a company that will develop and implement the new infrastructure.
